1. Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the 12-Week Medical Obesity Management Program led by Dr. Subhajit Patra (MBBS, PGDFM, FIPM, Dip IBLM). By accessing our website, applying for the program, or completing a payment, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Nature of Service: This program provides lifestyle coaching, nutritional guidance, and teleconsultation for weight management and musculoskeletal health. It is an elective lifestyle program and does not replace emergency medical services or primary care for acute illnesses.
Medical Disclaimer: All information provided during the consultations is meant to support, not replace, the relationship that exists between you and your primary care physician. If you experience a medical emergency, you must visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Telemedicine Guidelines: Consultations are conducted via video and messaging platforms (WhatsApp/Google Meet) in accordance with Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. By enrolling, you consent to remote monitoring and digital communication regarding your health.
Code of Conduct: We maintain a strictly professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or non-compliance with the prescribed medical guidelines may result in immediate termination of your program without a refund.
Third-Party Costs: The program fee covers physician time, lifestyle coaching, and digital monitoring. Any prescribed medications, laboratory tests, or dietary supplements are the sole financial responsibility of the patient.
2. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your medical data with the utmost confidentiality.
Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, contact details, age, gender) and sensitive health data (biometrics, medical history, past treatments) explicitly for the purpose of clinical assessment and personalized program design.
Data Usage: Your data is used exclusively by Dr. Patra and the clinical team to evaluate your candidacy for the program, track your progress, and communicate with you regarding your appointments.
Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data to third parties. Information may only be shared with legal authorities if mandated by Indian Law.
Security: We employ standard security measures to protect your digital records. However, no digital transmission is entirely secure, and you share information via Google Forms and WhatsApp at your own discretion.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the high-touch, personalized nature of this physician-led program and the limited number of patient slots available, we maintain a strict refund policy:
Non-Refundable Fees: All program fees (whether paid at the standard rate of ₹25,000 or the existing-patient discounted rate of ₹18,750) are strictly non-refundable once payment is completed. Installment plans for either tier follow this strictly non-refundable policy.
Pre-Enrollment Review: To ensure your investment is protected, we do not accept payment until Dr. Patra has personally reviewed your free initial assessment. We only send a payment link if we are confident you are a clinical fit for the program.
Installment Default: If you choose the installment plan, your second installment (₹12,000 for standard enrollment or ₹9,000 for the existing-patient discounted rate) is due at the beginning of Week 5. Failure to complete this payment will result in an immediate pause of all consultations and program access until the balance is cleared.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a video consultation, please notify us via WhatsApp at least 12 hours in advance. Repeated missed appointments without prior notice will be counted as completed sessions.
